Approximately 2 hours

One‑time: $69 • Recurring: $60/visit
Focus on kitchen & bathroom surfaces, a quick vacuum, and a tidy‑up.

Comprehensive Clean

Approximately 4 hours

One‑time: $149 • Recurring: $140*/visit
Full kitchen & bath clean, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general tidy.

Deep Clean

Approximately 6 hours

One‑time: $189 • Recurring: $180*/visit 
Includes comprehensive clean plus inside fridge and oven, decluttering help, laundry, linen changes, and additional special requests.

How does your pricing work?

We offer unique, up front pricing to help you budget. 

Our most popular plan is the Comprehensive Cleaning Package, starting at $149 for your first full clean. This package takes approximately 4 hours and offers a complete clean of bathroom and kitchen, in addition to common areas and floors.

If you are looking for something faster and cheaper, our $69 Quick Clean may be for you. Focusing on key surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, we can be in and out in approximately 2 hours.

All packages have the option of significant savings if you choose to set up a recurring cleaning schedule!

How do I book a cleaning appointment?

Do I need to be home?

No! You do not need to be present during your cleaning service. We recommend you greet us during your first cleaning in order to provide a tour of your home and discuss your preferences.

After taking over the routine care of an elderly relative, Comfort Cleaning was founded as an effort to offer simple, affordable cleaning options to help seniors bridge the gap of independent living. We focus on safety, clear communication, and a consistent routine you can count on. We are happy to work directly with clients, or coordinate with caretakers or building managers to assist with building access or other details.
